Management is very unprofessional , they are charging market rent for what ?when the amenities are not being use pool has never been open ,can’t use laundry , bad pest problem !!! DO NOT RENT HERE !!!!

Prize is too much for the Size apartment and they are not newly renovated, outside paint is,
Maintenance sucks almost a week without ac in the summer and the same goes if water heater goes off. The manager will kick you out of office if you insist on getting your problem fix on your apt. Pet are included there is rats on the apartment's too. And you'll get a over 100 dollars for water every month fanny part is only they know how much water you use, there's no water meter on you unit apt

I have been visiting the community for maybe about two months now. My boyfriend lives in the complex. So far I've seen roaches and the nights myself and my children have stayed, we've heard rats scurrying around in the walls. That's terrifying to even hear. Another lovely trait is how the office staff treat the people here. Currently I am basically stranded here since the office had my car towed since I was not parked in the "visitor parking." Never once have I seen a sign when we enter stating... there is a separate parking lot for guests. I called the office to explain how I was not informed of this non existent parking. I was told that it's not their problem by the assistant manager. I even mentioned how I have a three year old and a six year old with no car seats now and no means to transport them to retrieve the wrongfully towed car. I was hung up on and am still trying to figure out how to deal with the situation at hand. You would be better off living in the woods than in this rat infested dump.

Update as of 9/4/17: My son walked right into a rat this morning. Thing chewed a hole right into the bathroom only to greet my 6 year old child. This place is ridiculous. Read More

Most deceiving management you'll ever meet. All the amenities they posted are basically Photoshoped, in reality they are in bad condition. The place is full of roaches and rats. The say renovated but they mean just a little rug wash and paint that chips the second day your there. You take your concerns to the office and they state thats not their problem, that their not the boss. Seriously they sweet talk you into moving in and once you sign, they treat you like dirt.

Though it's quite and neighbors are friendly the pest problem is terrible.
