The complex is older but, clean. The maintenance staff is excellent under the leadership of John. Office staff is pleasant and courteous! I would recommend this complex to anyone that want to stay in the heart of Buckhead and have close proximity to great restaurants an shopping.

My time has been pretty good. I just don’t like how often the gate is broken and maintenance entering your apartment without 24 hour notice.

The best place within 3 miles. good location, easy access to public transportation, we also have nearby shops, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, shipments, etc.

just moved in a few weeks ago and im still dealing with a terrible roach infestation. ive called pest control a few times and used a bug bomb. having to buy nearly every product to see what will help work. the fact that they're babies means that this is a bigger issue that management didn't care to help prevent. I have a huge fear of bugs, I should be feeling terrorized in my new home everyday. I cant even cook or eat there without feeling gross.
