Leasing office is great. No major issues with bugs like some other Atlanta communities and residents pretty much keep to themselves/ the community is pretty quiet. Maintenance is a slow to fix things or will do just enough to make things functional without a long term fix and you’ll never see them again about the issue. Front gate has been broken for awhile, which makes living in a gated community pointless. Overall, getting things fixed is the real issue here.
