I like as of now how I see there’s no drama not to loud at all peaceful neighbors are polite what I didn’t like was the spiders I constantly see but that shall be no biggie as I could get something to get rid of them other than that I’m excited to be apart of the community!!

I have been living on this property since 2023 and I renewed my lease again for next year??, so that should say something lol. The property itself is quiet at any time of day so I am extremely grateful for that. Mike is THE BEST maintenance guy you will ever meet! The leasing office staff are very responsive and helpful. They actually answer the office phone thank God for that. The maintenance guys help in multiple ways! For example, if they see you walking with your trash they will literally... let you put it on their go-cart and they take it for you, which they don't have to do so it is very much appreciated??. I appreciate the security guard we have on property at night as well. They also have food trucks on property here and there during the winter time and incorporate events/contests during the holidays???. I am overall appreciative to be able to live on this property.
