Ascent Peachtree is in the heart of downtown Atlanta which is great location wise. Quick access to everything. You also have great amenities and good views of the city.

The building is beautiful. I do love how you guys keep it clean. I do wish we get some actual amenities outside of just having a pool however I love the cleanliness of the building and the quietness of the building. The staff is professional. The maintenance team is professional so my only complaints are basically cosmetic. Touches in regards to Recreation and we need new Wi-Fi. Company preferably Xfinity they are the best.

I love the building. I love my apartment. Everything is beautiful in the actual units. The common areas are also very nice. We just need a concierge service. We also need some type of recreational gaming, pool table or ping-pong. It would be nice to have a sauna like dry, sauna wet, sauna, and or massage room option. Penthouse floors need to have a coffee maker like most buildings in Atlanta that offer luxury apartment experiences as well as instead of the PH on the units. It should read... penthouse. People are proud to live in a penthouse, minor touch, but goes a long way.

I've had a great experience so far, from touring to applying to moving in. Rikki was very informative and patient, and Tony was extremely helpful as well. So far, every other leasing agent I've made contact with has been pleasant and welcoming. I had to submit a maintenance request and it was handled in a very timely manor! I'm impressed and satisfied!

This building is so beautiful and clean! Well maintained. The management is even better, great with communication and making sure tenants are well tended to as far as any concerns. They have made my life easier and add positively any time I interact with literally any team member; maintenance, leasing, front desk, security, housekeeping, trash, just all really work like they truly love their careers and places here. This makes me enjoy my place here and grateful to have gotten one here. I’m... truly blessed and grateful for all that this is and will continue to be and grow to.
