Such a great community with decent amenities, measurement team also ensures quality of life remains high without issue. If you’re thinking of renting with this company, go ahead and rent they have great customer service and the living experience is consistent.

Overall, a great consistent experiences with the amenities and staff quality. Love the pop-ups that allow us to connect with each other. Security is great and overall the communities is great.

The community is clean quiet and is in a great location. It’s near GSU so the building does have a more younger community. Management is helpful and maintenance is good when you need them. If your looking for something in the downtown area and need to be close to transportation and highways it’s a good location.

Over the past few months, I’ve truly seen a positive shift at The Ascent, and I want to take a moment to recognize the difference our current property manager, Ashieley, and the leasing staff have made.

When I first moved in, my experience here was mixed. While the building itself had potential, I often felt that management wasn’t fully invested in the quality of life for residents. That has COMPLETELY changed under Ashieley’s leadership. From day one, she has made it clear that maintaining the... integrity of this community and ensuring residents feel valued is her top priority.

Whether it’s enforcing parking regulations, addressing long-standing concerns, or simply setting a higher standard for how the building should operate, her efforts are visible and impactful. One major example that is the EV chargers!!! Lordy, something that was a CONSTANT frustration before. Within her first 60 days, Ashieley had approval to install new chargers, solving an issue that had lingered far TOO LONG. That kind of follow-through shows her commitment to making this a better place to live.

I also want to acknowledge the maintenance team, who continue to be outstanding. Requests are handled quickly and with care, which makes day-to-day life here so much smoother.

Thank you to Greystar for bringing Ashieley into this role; she’s exactly what this property needed. I feel grateful to have a manager who genuinely cares, listens, and acts in the best interest of residents.
