The location is everything! Communication with the office is usually pretty reliable. There are a few issues with noises echoing in the hallways, some other residents slam their doors and it the sound travels.

Great community, great scenery, enforcement of rules vary depending on which ones are findable, gates are always broken. And problem with roaches not bad if you live clean but very present around the building and in garage. Maintenance usually good but requests are closed without service for pesticide service.

When you request service online, our staff logs your apartment in on a list, along with others, to make things easier for the... exterminator. To also avoid duplicate entries, this is the reason for closing the working order online. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to gaining a higher rating from you soon.
