It's a calm, and quiet place to live. The apartment layout is perfect. The staff is all very friendly. The pool is beautiful.

Avana City North has done a great job fixing all maintenance issues that I’ve had thus far. I like how the front office responds to my calls in a timely manner. The entire staff are professional and work to please the needs of the residents. Great job Avana City North.

I've lived at Avana City North (ACN) a little over 2 months and it's been good. The maintenance responds to service requests quickly, issues with rent payments are resolved with in 3 - 5 business days, and ACN are in constant communication with tenants by sending emails about updates and upcoming inspections.
