My experience at Avana Dunwoody has been a peaceful one. I truly have no complaints about this community. The community is well kept. The management stays on top of things and are constantly communicating with the community. The maintenance workers work in a timely manner upon request. The neighbors are all respectful and understanding. If there are any issues with the gate they are fixed in a timely manner so they gate is always working efficiently and it’s not like other communities where the... gate is always open or broken. Everything always works properly inside the apartment.

This is a terrible place to live. The unit upkeep is terrible. There are mold in places around the apartment. Everything just gets painted over and passed down to the next resident to deal with.

This apartment complex from the beginning has been aweful. The apartment condition was terrible and the services is even worse.
