If you're looking for a high quality apartment, a great location (Marta train access 50' from the leasing office), safe/secure, spectacular amenities and staffed by some awesome people with great old-school customer service skills then Avana on Main is your next home.

I would not recommend this apartment complex for several reasons. It's happened multiple times that the fire alarm goes off and the emergency lights strobe for hours, even throughout the night, the elevator will go out for days at a time, maintenance response time is poor and requires multiple phone calls to the office. My experience has been several times that the maintenance issue does not get fixed and it takes another round of submitting a work order, calling several times, and several more... days to get relatively major issues addressed. We pay several hundred dollars in amenities fees each month and the pool (arguably the best amenity) has never been open.

The staff at Avana on Main has been very helpful, polite and professional since day 1. I have been a resident for about 3 weeks now and everyone has been so nice and had quickly responded to any issues or concerns I have brought to their attention.
