Broadstone Pullman

My experience with Broadstone Pullum (Greystar) has been extremely disappointing and stressful. I submitted an apartment application early in 2025 and never received any written approval or denial. Despite repeated calls and emails, no one ever provided a clear update on my status.

Weeks later, I discovered that incorrect and misleading information had been reported, which negatively impacted my credit score — even though my application was never processed and I was told the property would not... be moving forward.

It is unacceptable for a company to mishandle applicant information, fail to communicate, and report inaccurate data that damages a person’s credit. I would strongly caution anyone considering applying here to get everything in writing and monitor your credit closely. Read More

I’ve lived here for over a year and even renewed my lease, but the experience has declined recently. Constant construction brings heavy noise and dust that settles on cars and inside the apartment. The entry gate rarely works with the fob, often forcing me to get out of my car to open it manually. Hallways have a persistent odor, the gym has poor ventilation that makes it hard to breathe after workouts, and I’ve recently started noticing cockroaches. Broadstone Pullman has a beautifully developed property, a super friendly community, in an ideal location.

Living at this apartment community has been a positive experience overall. The staff is responsive, friendly, and quick to handle maintenance requests, which really makes a difference in day-to-day comfort. The grounds are well kept, with clean hallways, landscaping, and common areas that feel welcoming. Parking is generally available, though it can get a little tight at peak times. The location is convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and major routes, which makes errands and commuting easy.... The neighbors are respectful, and the community itself feels safe and quiet, which I appreciate. Inside the unit, the layout is spacious with modern finishes that make it feel like home. While rent has increased over time, the amenities and overall living experience have made it worthwhile. Broadstone Pullman is by far my favorite place I've lived in Atlanta. The location is perfect - close to night life in all directions, great restaurants, walkable, and safe. The staff here is professional and friendly. They really care for the tenants and the community. I'd recommended living here to anyone!
