Living Here Since August 2022

I've been living at Broadstone Pullman since August 2022. I must say that every time I consider moving I always end up extending my lease. It is a quiet and comfy location that is growing slowly but surely. One great perk is being able to have easy, walkable access to all of the events at Pullman Yards since it's next door. I will admit the apartment structure is kind of thin if you're sensitive to noise, but it is bearable if you have the right neighbors in close proximity. The staff here is... friendly (office and maintenance). Jordan and Melissa are my faves :) I'll probably extend my lease again until it's truly time for me to move on.

Mellissia and Samantha are top tier!

I was looking for housing in the city that was graduate student "friendly," close to nearby necessities, and located in a safe neighborhood. Broadstone checked the above boxes and additional ones not listed here. Service is top tier, and both Mellissia and Samantha were supportive beyond submission of my application and initial move in. I highly recommend living here if you are seeking a clean, quiet, safe, yet vibrant community.

Beautiful

The apartments at broadstone Pullman is so nice and clean, amenities just right. The staffs are warm and friendly. A special thank you to Mel, she was so helpful and considerate, she made our day.

Mellissia was amazing!

Mellissia was my leasing agent and made my move in process seamless. My apartment is beautiful and the pricing is perfect. There were no surprises on move in day and Melissia was very transparent about the process and forth coming about any information I needed.

Great complex

I've been here for 2+ years now and it's been great. Quiet, walkable, and close to downtown kirkwood. Any issue I've had Mellissia and the team have resolved quickly. Highly recommend.
