Overall my experience has been good. I find my apartment and amenities nice. It’s difficult sometimes to live in a community where not every neighbor is considerate of others.

Maintenance request fulfillment has significantly slowed down. Calling the office and getting an answer or even a return phone call is very slim. Also it’s very noisy early in the morning due to the construction at the Pullman year. The main gate squeaks EXTREMELY loud to the point it wakes me up consistently and for the amount we pay to reside here surely the gate can be properly greased or repaired. Often times the gates are also often broken from being hit and stuck. The newer staff is not… very welcoming, but Mel is consistently helpful and available. The quality has certainly started to show while yet the prices increase.

I love living here! The community events are great, and the property is well taken care of. Lively neighborhood but not noisy! It’s close to a good bit of businesses and in a lovely neighborhood. I definitely want to resign!
