Broadstone Pullman

I really like living here! They have nice quality appliances and details. It’s a quiet/no drama area, and they have great staff both in leasing and maintenance.

Since i moved here, i have had 0 issues. Maybe a couple minimal maintenance requests, but they have been addressed timely within 24hrs or less. Maintenance staff is good with communicating. The staff is AMAZING from the Leasing staff, Maintenance and the cleaning staff.. 10/10. The cleaning lady keeps these buildings immaculate, i mean spotless. The grounds guy is the best I’ve seen since I’ve been here for over year now. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Never experienced... attitude or sensed any frustrations from any of them. Honestly even my neighbors are good. I think everyone keeps to themselves. (I do think security could do a little better but i don’t have any complaints.) also, i would add i think there is a need for just a little more lighting at night on the backside of building 3 and 2. More than five stars - incredible amenities, spacious, beautiful, updated living spaces, and absolutely wonderful staff! Conveniently located in relation to shops, restaurants, and bars, while still being private and out of the city center.

My experience with Broadstone Pullum (Greystar) has been extremely disappointing and stressful. I submitted an apartment application early in 2025 and never received any written approval or denial. Despite repeated calls and emails, no one ever provided a clear update on my status.

Weeks later, I discovered that incorrect and misleading information had been reported, which negatively impacted my credit score — even though my application was never processed and I was told the property would not... be moving forward.

It is unacceptable for a company to mishandle applicant information, fail to communicate, and report inaccurate data that damages a person’s credit. I would strongly caution anyone considering applying here to get everything in writing and monitor your credit closely. Read More

I’ve lived here for over a year and even renewed my lease, but the experience has declined recently. Constant construction brings heavy noise and dust that settles on cars and inside the apartment. The entry gate rarely works with the fob, often forcing me to get out of my car to open it manually. Hallways have a persistent odor, the gym has poor ventilation that makes it hard to breathe after workouts, and I’ve recently started noticing cockroaches.
