Broadstone Upper Westside

Broadstone is a wonder hidden gem. I say “hidden” because it’s location is perfectly tucked away just off the mane thoroughfare of Marietta away from the noise of the traffic, yet in walking distance of accessibility to all the stores, bus lines and other amenities on that street. The community is mostly young adults but just an enough multi-generational variety in residents to keep it like a true neighborhood. I love that it is mostly quiet and peaceful (at least from my experiences on my... floor and on the community level floors). I love the fact that I don’t ever have to wait long for an elevator since the parking lot goes to every floor. This reduces crowding in elevators in the morning. The common areas are really nice and convenient to use (although the “co-work” space is too closely abutted to the lounge and sometimes people playing pool or watching tv pose a noise distraction for people in the co-working space). As for the staff: The former asst. mgr was also very personable, anytime ai saw her she had time to chat and ensure everything was going well for me. And the leasing agents from (Mauricio whom I toured with), to Dejah, and the newest - Tieja , all whom I’ve had the pleasure of working or chatting with are AWESOME!!! They really know how to make residents feel welcomed. Although I’ve only had one direct interaction with the manager, she was really helpful. The newer asst. manager also seems to be quite personable.
As a person who has previously owned a small property management company with my husband in Chgo/Indiana and works with my sister who co-manages another large property management, I can say the way I have felt as a resident here is akin to how we worked with our tenants…. intentionally and relationally. Based on the intentionality I’ve experienced thus far, I trust the team will continue to maintain the top notch community status. I have enjoyed my last several years here at Broadstone. The neighborhood setting is picturesque with family homes and townhomes. It located conveniently to good quality neighborhood services, entertainment, music, recreation and restaurants. Great spot.

Broadstone Upper Westside has been my first apartment complex and I couldn’t be any happier with my pick! It has everything I need and management/maintenance are very professional, helpful, and nice. I’m very comfortable in my space and grateful to be a resident.

I had a chance to view this property recently and I was welcomed by lovely staff members. They took me on a tour of the property and to show the amenities. Everything was well kept and orderly as I toured it all. After seeing it all, I’m holding it as top option as I continue my search for my next home!
