Location is great. Overall it’s peaceful. It’s a new build so expect to hear your neighbors. If you’re ok with paying expensive rent and being ignored and dismissed by the office staff this is the place for you.

I love living here and everything has always been perfect. Every time I have put in maint request they are nornally done within 24 hours.

I love the community at Broadstone UWS. From the property itself to the staff, I've had a pleasant experience living here. There are multiple community events a month that allow for residents to get to know each other and are really fun to attend. Would highly recommend.
