As far as I can see, the apartment are quiet and well kept there's always a cleaner mopping, dusting sweeping so I thank the apartments is very well kept

I find CB Lofts to be a good place to live the building. I find to be very clean. I always see housekeeping, cleaning, mopping, wiping down stuff and that's a good thing.

I wouldn’t recommend people to live here. It’s not bad with bugs but the walls are thin. You can hear everything from people in the hallway to the cars outside (from an inside apartment). The amenities haven’t worked the entire time I’ve been living here (1year). They’ve switched management since I’ve been here and the ones before were much better and hospitable. The new ones? Rude. Anyway, for the area it’s a good price and all but for the maintenance issues I have had it takes forever. They... just keep getting new people in here and it’s frustrating as a resident. The old maintenance staff was ON IT!

I love living at CB Lofts. It's a small apartment complex where the management knows you and they keep the area clean. The only major issue I've ever had was loud noises above my apartment due to renovations but I spoke to the contractors and was able to come to an agreement.
