The apartment complex is very nice and well maintained overall. However, the main concern is people trespassing on the property. This has become an ongoing issue, and increased security would really help residents feel safer.

Core Changes

I have lived here for about 3 years now. I'll be honest, it was a very nice complex when I first moved in. But there has been a revolving door with management and leasing office. Also there were several issues over the years.

I recently took my concerns/issues to the new Community Property Manager Kori this weekend. I must say I was impressed with the conversation. She listened, took notes but also informed me of the changes her and her staff are making to improve the community. It was more... than just plans but concrete actions. This morning, I saw Kori and crews address an issue, I just bought to her attention on Saturday. Mrs. Carol is also helpful in the leasing office. She's friendly and helpful and she really cares about her job and the residents.

Although Core is not perfect, but I am glad to see changes and improvements are being made as we speak. Thank you so much.

Great Place to Stay!

The property management team at Core Lindbergh is great! Over the few years I’ve lived here, any issues I’ve had were handled quickly and with excellent customer service.

The location is great, very walkable, and it’s clear they’re always making improvements. I’ve really enjoyed living at Core Lindbergh!
