Love the location and happy that they are cleaning the neighborhood up to displace the homeless.
It's unfortunate the way to have to live, but it was also an eye sore for the community and a safety concern.

I have lived at Core Lindbergh for over five years, and it has truly been an unfortunate experience. Despite my patience and efforts to address ongoing issues, I can no longer remain in a community where my safety is continuously compromised.
Throughout my time here, I have repeatedly raised serious concerns about security, but very little has been done to improve the situation. Some of the most troubling incidents include:
Encountering homeless individuals sleeping in the elevators, with... urine on the ground, making the environment unsafe and unsanitary.
Being followed into the mailroom by someone who clearly didn’t live here, raising fears about package theft and personal safety.
Threats from residents pointing into cameras and openly stating they would break down doors, creating a hostile and unsafe environment.
Having to pull the fire alarm due to a homeless person setting a trash can on fire nearby.
Ongoing thefts in the mailroom, which further erode the sense of security.
Despite assurances from management that security had been improved—something I was told a year ago—nothing meaningful has changed. The situation has only worsened, and I finally feel that my safety and well-being are at risk.
After five years of living here and trying to be patient, I have made the decision to move. I cannot continue to live in a community where safety is so severely compromised. I hope future residents find a safer environment, but for me, it’s time to leave.
This has been a disappointing and frustrating experience, and I hope the management takes real action to address these ongoing issues for the sake of current and future residents.

I have only been here for about 3 days but I am thoroughly enjoying my apartment. I love the apartment it is very clean and has very up to date appliances. The only thing is that I do not like that there is garbage scattered in the corner in different parts of the garage and the gate broke on me yesterday. I had to get out of my car to open the gate. Masa was very helpful and nice. She helped me in an exceedingly stressful time. I appreciate her.
