This apartment is in a good location. Be prepared to buy your own wifi as the one that’s included at $65 is unreliable and constantly goes out also be wary of bugs. If you don’t mind those things you’ll be fine.

The well-kept grounds, friendly and professional staff are very much appreciated, and get high marks. Maintenance service is also good making living here a very good experience. Neighbors are friendly and respectful!

Cortland JUST recently acquired this community from Elme Druid Hills so I have no idea how there are reviews from years ago. I have never had this terrible of an experience at an apartment complex. Broken dishwasher, broken toilet, leaking HVAC, bursted pipes (from their construction team renovating NOT the cold). With all these issues, and little to none communication with me or accommodation. It took the community months to replace my broken dishwasher and toilet to the point where I was... handwashing my dishes and physically flushing my toilet from the inside of the tank for months (submitted a million service requests as well). This community is very old and outdated and going through a lot of renovation and just causing havoc. This complex is not worth the money.

Due to a relocation for work, I was able to refer a friend to take over my lease and renew once my term was completed. He really likes the community and will hopefully stay longer, if he feels the need.
