Terrible grounds, noisy neighbors and hidden fees and charges. Lackluster customer service. Take a tour of the apartments; paint upon paint, dated fixtures, light switches that don’t work, and roaches.

I made my appointment I was greeted with a hand shake and a big smile I usually don't get treated this nice when I go appartment hunting. Smee took me around and showed me the renovated gym with the media center and their beautiful model. I would definitely be coming back this is an awesome place to rent.

This is my first apartment and I am not satisfied. The neighborhood is not kept clean, even though the maintenance people come through and clean it every once and a while. The apartment looked clean when we first did a walk through, little did I know, they painted EVERYTHING to make it seem like they cleaned it. The tubs and sinks have hair in them from previous owners (disgusting), and the air in the apartments barley work. The best thing about living here are the people in the office, even… though every time I have a problem or a fixing it takes 5 days for maintenance to come. This apartment seemed perfect when we first moved in but now after 3 years I have observed several problems. Maintenance is pretty slow and the leasing agents are not courteous. We had a problem with our air condition and were trying to get them to fix it, first they came out and said it needed freon but it worked for a week then stopped working again so we called again and then they took 2 weeks to come out again only to tell us it needed a part they had to order and it would be there the next… day. The next day came and no maintenance and no phone call from them. We went back and forth with maintenance and management for a month trying to get out air conditioner completely fixed properly. They had no concern that it was the middle of summer and temperatures were extremely high. We will not be renewing our lease next year. Read More
