Beautiful community, conveniently located near great shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. I love that it's close to I-85. I also loved working with Mayra! She is incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to walk me through every detail, answered all my questions, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Her positive attitude and genuine care for people truly stand out--she's not just helpful, she's a joy to work with.

I toured with Kia today to see the 3 bedroom apartments. She told me that they were having a special where i can get a free month once I move in. The apartment was very spacious and was really pretty how they did the upgrades! The application process was very easy Kia was right there to help me but I ended up submitting it correctly. Hopefully I will get approved I really want this apartment. Wish me luck!

I have lived out here for about 2 years now. The staff is like family they know me by name and we just have a good time whenever I come in! I see myself being here for a while at lease until I’m ready to buy.
