I think for the most part Arcadia is a nice place to live. A few things I like: I rarely hear my neighbors next door, I can always find a parking spot, maintenance is helpful and nice.

Most things are good. The trash man often speeds down to the dumpster losing bags of trash on the way. On occasion the bags are left where they fall. Any trash that comes out when the bag busts open is not picked up. Sometimes the bags in the trash can aren’t picked up.

Convenient location but the ac is loud enough to drive someone mad. Also it's not very efficient so it takes a long time to cool the inside.

I"m a new resident just moved in Friday 7/31/2026 and so far my experience has been great. Several neighbors gave a hand in moving in, met several of my neighbors, really cool vibes.
