Disorganized and Disrespectful Tenant Application Process
My experience with Eastwood Townhomes as a tenant applicant was deeply disappointing. The process lacked basic respect, transparency, and any semblance of a service-centric approach. Communication was inconsistent, and I often felt left in the dark about the status of my application.
After a week of back and forth with the management team over several concerns, I still did not have a solid approval, whereas two other properties I applied to were able to provide decisions the very next day. This... stark contrast highlighted the inefficiency and disorganization at Eastwood Townhomes.
The overall experience reflected poor management and a lack of consideration for prospective tenants. I wouldn’t recommend Eastwood Townhomes to anyone seeking a respectful, transparent, and efficient leasing process.

Eastwood was awesome!
Eastwood was awesome! Love the extra space you can get from renting a townhome vs an apartment. We really loved the dog park and pet spa on property too! Thanks for the tour Jaylen
