You missed your tour!
I am writing to provide feedback on a very poor experience I had today while attempting to tour the property. I had confirmed a 2 PM tour with Ivy (leasing agent), who had informed me that this was the only available time for an in-person viewing on Saturday.
However, when we arrived, a rental agent named Mike (rental agent) told us we had missed a 10 AM tour and were not scheduled for 2 PM. This was confusing and frustrating, as it directly contradicted my email with Ivy, which I shared with... Mike. The way we were treated was insulting.
As a result of this incident, my sister has decided not to move forward as a potential resident. This has also made me reconsider my options. I wanted to bring this to your attention as I was very impressed with Abbi's (rental agent) service on my last visit, and I believe this situation does not reflect the standard of customer service you aim for.
