Outstanding Service from Gustavo

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Gustavo for the excellent service he provided during my recent maintenance requests. He was professional, gracious, thorough, and truly went above and beyond.

Gustavo fixed my balcony door issue and also took the time to clearly explain how everything worked, which I really appreciated. In addition, he addressed areas in the kitchen that had been overlooked prior to move-in, including cleaning behind the refrigerator and stove where there was leftover… grease, residue, and food from the previous tenant.

What stood out most was his attention to detail and willingness to ensure everything was completely cleaned and taken care of. He came prepared, worked efficiently, and left the space in excellent condition. His level of care and professionalism made a huge difference, and I’m very grateful for his help.

Great maintenance staff!!

I recently became apart of the HBV community and I was very impressed with the community. The service we received from Gustavo was very impressive!
