5 Days w/o Refrigerator

My refrigerator has been out since Saturday 7/27, I informed my office on Monday. What I thought was an emergency was not checked into until Wednesday afternoon after I went back to the office to remind them again. I called today Thursday 7/30 for an update. I was told, the office manager would call me back “later” with total disregard.
Excuse me ?!
I also asked what was the status of my grocery reimbursement in which I sent over my receipts on Monday also. Could you imagine how frustrated I… am? Throwing groceries away in THIS ECONOMY?! Spending funds on food everyday that I can’t refrigerate or eat left overs. And I’m being told I’ll get an update later!

We're sorry to hear that your experience has not met expectations, Nisha. We've been in touch with you regarding your refrigerator and have worked diligently to provide you with attentive service. You were recently out of town, and this appliance,… unfortunately, failed. You contacted our leasing office Monday night around 11:00 PM. Once we were able to troubleshoot the issue, a replacement refrigerator was ordered. This new appliance was installed on Friday, and we maintained communication with you throughout the process to keep you informed of our action plan and expected timeline. Unfortunately, you do not carry a personal renter's insurance policy, which would typically cover food loss resulting from an appliance failure. We've offered further insight into these matters, and we're available at (770) 729-3898 should you wish to revisit these discussions. We want to ensure you feel heard.

Attentiveness lacks in this community

I have been here for 7 years and this new management is just not the same as the original team. I have had issues in my apartment the past 2 years from constant work orders for leaks and mold. I had to figure out the leak even though I’m not experienced plumber. They kept changing out pieces in the sink but never fix the leak I dealt with it a month in a half submitting work orders and emails. The new management start charging us for the electric bill for the common area. They forced us to pay… our WiFi bill with rent without notice atleast a 90 day notice. I’m currently having power issues for the past 2 going on 3 weeks from issues with the breaker and had to submit a ticket 3 times because the hot water went out. I’m now currently sitting in the dark after leaving numerous emergency calls to maintenance and pulling out work orders and I have not received a call or acknowledgement. I’m in the dark and not even able to make dinner and have no air conditioning in the middle of the summer. Just all within the last 8 months this has been my experience in my apartment.

We're happy to report that following contacting Georgia Power, your breakers were reset, and power was restored.
We understand your hot water concerns and sincerely appreciate your patience while our team worked as quickly as possible to conduct repairs. We care deeply about your experience, and invite you to contact our office regarding any future questions or concerns. We're here to help in any way we can.

KEEPING APARTMENT CLEAN

In the last 5 years of residential experiences here at the Parkside Vista. I have never experienced so much dirtiness here, in the complex. trash everywhere and apartment breezeway are very dirty, don't pressure wash them at all. dust gets in the buildings, and when you call them to resolve the issues they take for ever to come. very loud noices, people getting cars wheels stolen from their cars. People from other places come here without permission, to swim in the pool always dirty. other kids… from other next door apartment cross fences and they come to parkside vista to dirty the complex with trash please close fences for more security.

Hidden Gem

i moved here about three years ago. After searching for days, my last stop was here. And I almost gave up. When I pulled up, I was immediately impressed with appearance. Lauren was the person who helped me that day. She was very nice and answered all my questions. We looked at the two bedroom, which was less than the one bedroom that I was in at another property. Well, I was blown away by the size and price. It didn't take me long to decide. I am still here and enjoying my space, the peace and… quiet and I have become close to Everyone who works here. I resigned my lease and feeling at home every year. Great place to live:-)
