Attentiveness lacks in this community
I have been here for 7 years and this new management is just not the same as the original team. I have had issues in my apartment the past 2 years from constant work orders for leaks and mold. I had to figure out the leak even though I’m not experienced plumber. They kept changing out pieces in the sink but never fix the leak I dealt with it a month in a half submitting work orders and emails. The new management start charging us for the electric bill for the common area. They forced us to pay... our WiFi bill with rent without notice atleast a 90 day notice. I’m currently having power issues for the past 2 going on 3 weeks from issues with the breaker and had to submit a ticket 3 times because the hot water went out. I’m now currently sitting in the dark after leaving numerous emergency calls to maintenance and pulling out work orders and I have not received a call or acknowledgement. I’m in the dark and not even able to make dinner and have no air conditioning in the middle of the summer. Just all within the last 8 months this has been my experience in my apartment.
