Overall I’ve had a good experience living here. The location and amenities are great, and the community is generally nice. My main complaint is that there can sometimes be very loud bass/music at night that carries through the building and can be frustrating when trying to relax or sleep. Aside from the noise at times, I’ve enjoyed living here overall.

good experience with leasing the unit - I will be moving in 45days. property is new and very well kept, amenities are nice and well maintained. Apt unit seems well built and balanced in space. only drawback: storage space seems scarce

There has been a big improvement here at Marchon! Management is nice and communication is much better. The dirty carpet was removed from the hallways and replace with new flooring and it’s been clean inside and outside around the property.

I’ve had a great experience living here. The community is well-maintained, the amenities are clean and accessible, and the location is very convenient. Management has been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and positive place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
