Very loud, poor managment

Sure the location is great and it looks nice from the outside. But the walls and floors are so thin. You will hear everything. Including the music they play in the hallways all day which they are 'unable to turn down'(??) The people who manage this place have to be the least effective, most disappointing people I've ever encountered. They WILL be sneaky about adding minor charges to your monthly bill and they will try to address safety concerns after the fact as if they are being 'proactive'... when in fact they don't care.

Great Place to Live

I visited this beautiful apartment home and would love to live here. The staff is so fun and super friendly. The pool and gym area are super fab! This will be my new home one day soon.

Great Location

If you wanna live in the city and still hear the cicadas every night then this place is for you. It backs up to Bobby Jones Golf course and the Buckhead belt line which is absolutely breathtaking. At the same time, you're right off Peachtree Rd. in Buckhead and in the middle of everything.
The complex also has nice amenities (pool, gym, courtyards, bocce ball court, etc.) and the interior of the apartments have a great modern design.
