Zale and Vincent

I’ve been living here for 2 years now and I have nothing but good things to say. The maintenance man and the property manager are the best. Whenever I submit a maintenance request Vincent (maintenance man) always comes out in a timely manner, he’s efficient and always has a smile on his face. The apartment complex is off of North Ave and people walking down North Ave always toss their trash onto the sidewalk . And I’ve seen Vincent outside the gate removing it early in the morning. As for... Zale (property manager) he works so hard and hasn't changed since I moved in. This young man is responsible, patient, professional and provides great customer service.

Zale and Vincent

The reason why I know this... is I take my work shuttle from Midtown to North Decatur and I see him out there when the shuttle goes down North Ave. As for Zale (property manager) he hasn’t changed since I moved in. This young man is responsible, patient, professional and provides great customer service.

Great Spot

Amazing Area, kept clean, Quiet and great staff. Zale is amazing does a good job to clean the community as clean and efficient as possible. Jamier is also really nice. Maintenance addresses work orders pretty timely. Overall amazing experience.

Verified Renter

The trash needs to do better and the up keep with the apartments. The gate having problems the keyfod not working when you go to walk somewhere u can’t get in because you have to go thru the main entrance. The rats is everywhere when u enter n if someone have a dirty and nasty problem someone should control that so roaches or any other bugs can come to your apartment

We understand how frustrating issues with trash upkeep, gate access, and pest concerns can be. Please know... that we take these matters seriously. Our team is actively working to improve waste management and overall property maintenance

We have addressed the gate issue with residents and instructed them how to exit the gate. The gate has also been recalibrated to allow for easier entry and exit.

Regarding pests, we have regular pest control services in place, but situations like the one you described need immediate attention. We encourage you to contact the leasing office directly so we can schedule a service for your apartment and investigate any broader concerns in the community.
Your feedback is important and helps us improve. We appreciate you speaking up and are committed to making things better.
