Living here has truly exceeded my expectations. The entire building is clean and fresh—no odors or weed smells—which I imagine is thanks to the management’s careful screening process. I’ve also been impressed by how quickly the maintenance team handles repair requests. And a huge shoutout to our concierges—they’re the real stars of Nomia! Always well-dressed, patient, and polite, their professionalism makes a huge difference in my overall living experience. I can’t imagine it without them
