How Is This Rating Determined?

They do not repair units

Management is rude. They also have not replaced a water heater unit of one of my neighbors. Mold is in the apartments.

My apartment

I love it no violence and its spacious I wouldn't change and thing about I can walk down the street and not think about my house getting robbed
