Terrible First Impression
I’d like to share my experience with this property management team, as my first visit left me with no desire to continue. I initially had a 10 a.m. appointment, but due to a flat tire, I called and left a message—no one returned it. I rescheduled for 3 p.m., received a request confirmation, but again—no direct confirmation or call. After leaving another message, I finally reached someone who asked me to come at 3:30 p.m.
I arrived on time at 3:30. The staff member present told me to wait... outside because the person I was supposed to meet was in the restroom. I was confused, especially since there was a perfectly suitable lobby. When the other employee came out, I asked why I had to wait outside, and she said it was because she was going to lunch. When I said this left a terrible first impression, she responded, “Don’t you get lunch at your job?” I politely told her to enjoy her lunch, but as she walked away, she muttered something along the lines of “You may as well leave.”
I want management to know that this was my first impression. After that interaction, I felt uncomfortable and left without any interest in further engagement. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer service.
