Terrible First Impression

I’d like to share my experience with this property management team, as my first visit left me with no desire to continue. I initially had a 10 a.m. appointment, but due to a flat tire, I called and left a message—no one returned it. I rescheduled for 3 p.m., received a request confirmation, but again—no direct confirmation or call. After leaving another message, I finally reached someone who asked me to come at 3:30 p.m.

I arrived on time at 3:30. The staff member present told me to wait… outside because the person I was supposed to meet was in the restroom. I was confused, especially since there was a perfectly suitable lobby. When the other employee came out, I asked why I had to wait outside, and she said it was because she was going to lunch. When I said this left a terrible first impression, she responded, “Don’t you get lunch at your job?” I politely told her to enjoy her lunch, but as she walked away, she muttered something along the lines of “You may as well leave.”

I want management to know that this was my first impression. After that interaction, I felt uncomfortable and left without any interest in further engagement. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer service.

I had a tour scheduled and I just loved it I loved everything about it from what I seen I will b applying and I hope everything goes as planned

Terrible management/ communication

For the most part things were good .

However when it was time I moved out I scheduled for the management team to do a walk through 3 times . They showed up to none of the appointments and said it would be fine .

Then after I moved out they sent photos of a random apartment claiming I had damages .
When I asked them to provide to me where exactly these damages were ( bedroom , living room , etc ) I was told that I would have to provide photos / videos of the entire apartment .

This is… after I showed a video in person and the lady that worked there told me “ that didn’t show where the damages were” which makes no sense because she said she didn’t know where they were .

To this day I have no idea where these random photos came from and what apartment it was .

I would recommend anyone who lives here to document every inch of the apartment and get a lawyer because these people are liars

I want to call this place home badly!!

I was just driving by and decided to stop into the leasing office to see if there were any available apartments. The good news: yes, there are. The bad news: it's out of my price range :-( Thanks to Saire who I spoke to. I'm going to find a way to move here soon. The property looks great and the area is exactly what I'm looking for.
