We have had a horrible experience trying to get things fixed in our apartment. We have submitted several work orders for issues including mice, a leaking washing machine, and a broken dryer--along with other things. They have not addressed in any of the concerns.

Pencil Factory Flats has been a great place to live! The community feels laid-back and welcoming, and the location is perfect. Close to everything but still peaceful. The apartments are modern and comfortable, and the people here are friendly. It’s been an easy, enjoyable experience overall. I highly recommend!

Coming in, I had good expectations even though the reviews online were horrible. Once I moved in, I knew it was gonna be a lot of problems, but I still had hope.
Into no surprise, I have not been able to get my sink fixed that has been weekend since I moved in, I haven’t received my mailbox key since I moved in.
I submitted work orders and still no answers to those. I’m very disappointed because for the first time I didn’t listen to the reviews and they were true. I expect no better from real... estate agents or companies.
Very disappointed/disgusted but I will thug it out until my lease is up and I’ll be out of that mess.

I want to love where I live but it is clear that everyone that works here is just going through the motions of doing their jobs. No one gives the impression they care very much.
