Shanise and Shane are extremely responsive and helpful and have helped guide me through the new resident process every step of the way! I have just moved in but so far have nothing but good things to say about the Piedmont House

Very nice so far! Everyone has been super nice and accommodating, the rooms are very clean. The view is great, the gym is nice. The coffee is solid.

Recently moved into my apartment and my experience was great. My appointment to pick up my keys was not scheduled with the reservation of the service elevator but the leasing agent was very kind to come in earlier to make sure I had my keys in time. My unit was very clean which I was almost surprised how clean it was. I'm a very particular person but the condition of the apartment was very good.
