Love living here. Staff is super friendly and responsive and the neighborhood is fun and lively. The finishes in the apartment are “condo-like” (real wood floors, upgraded appliances, custom closets). Great floor plans and views of Piedmont Park available.

I had a wonderful move-in experience thanks to Shane, the leasing agent, Corey from maintenance, and the concierge team. Shane was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire leasing and move-in process. He made everything smooth, clear, and stress-free from start to finish.
Corey was equally outstanding—prompt, efficient, and friendly. He addressed everything quickly and made sure my apartment was move-in ready. The concierge team was warm and inviting, creating a... welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived.
Their combined efforts truly made a difference, and I’m grateful for the excellent service and support during my move-in. This level of care and professionalism made me feel right at home. Highly recommend!

It's been good. But there are a couple of issues, including one of three elevators being chronically out of service, and the swimming pool being effectively unavailable despite representations that it is open year round from 6 am to 11 pm.
