Love living here. Staff is super friendly and responsive and the neighborhood is fun and lively. The finishes in the apartment are “condo-like” (real wood floors, upgraded appliances, custom closets). Great floor plans and views of Piedmont Park available.

Shane was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire leasing and move-in process. He made everything smooth, clear, and stress-free from start to finish.

It's been good. But there are a couple of issues, including one of three elevators being chronically out of service, and the swimming pool being effectively unavailable despite representations that it is open year round from 6 am to 11 pm.
