Community is a hidden gem not many people know about. Perfect location. More than one way to get anywhere in the city. Reasonable rent prices. Great floorplans w/ large balconies! And the leasing office and maintenance team are always very helpful and quick to respond.

Best place to live!
I moved in January, and the leasing personnel are helpful.
The unit I moved to is great, I love the amenities, and the maintenance team is always helpful and nice if I need something.
I recommend it.

Needs Improvement
While the community isn't the newest, the units are acceptable; however, it's the poor communication and inaccurate representation of each unit, the community and unit amenities, and the basic necessities of the units and community that will lead us to not renew with this community. We've been here for less than one month and have issues with our HVAC, plumbing, water heater, pool, and mailboxes, to name a few.
