Very Disappointing, Lack of Communication, and the apartments are run down.
My experience at this property has been overwhelmingly disappointing. The overall maintenance of the community is subpar, and communication from the office staff is consistently poor. The photos on the website do not accurately reflect the condition of the property in person.
Building access is not secure, and the garage appears to have gone an extremely long time without being pressure-washed. The speed bumps are deteriorated and unevenly placed throughout the garage. The front office doors are... almost always locked, making it difficult to reach staff when assistance is needed. At this point, contacting code enforcement seems necessary, as I’m confident multiple violations would be identified.
My application process was mishandled from the start. I had to follow up repeatedly, all the way up to my scheduled move-in date at 4:30 PM. I was left in limbo—sitting in the office until closing—only to still be waiting on an approval. My car was later booted despite having provided the correct vehicle information, and I was never refunded. I was also charged additional fees without being informed of any changes. Three months after moving in, these issues remain unresolved.
Upon move-in, my apartment had not been cleaned or properly prepared. There were even smoke bombs left behind in the unit. Follow-ups routinely take over a month, and most progress only happens when I reach out first.
Overall, both the service and the upkeep fall far below reasonable expectations.
