After living at the Beverly for 1.5 years, I have enjoyed the convenient location and the overall aesthetic of the building. The gym is always clean and nice. The cleaning attendants are very consistent. Leasing and Maintenance team members are always gracious and caring. Bobby and NaTasha always make me feel welcome and David and the maintenance team are all just AWESOME! I recently had an issue with the referral and both Jessica and Ben worked very diligently to get it resolved as quickly as... they could and I appreciated that. Everyone appears to truly enjoy working here and building a great community experience for all residents. I love it here!

Great place to call home

I’ve been living at The Beverly by Alta since August 2024, and I can genuinely say I thoroughly enjoy living here. From day one, the community has felt welcoming and well-managed.

The leasing office team—Natasha, Jessica, and Bobby—are absolutely fantastic. They are professional, responsive, and truly care about residents, which makes a huge difference in the overall living experience. Any questions or concerns are handled promptly and with kindness.

The maintenance staff also deserves... recognition. They are efficient, respectful, and quick to resolve any issues, which gives me peace of mind knowing things are taken care of.

Overall, this has been a great place to call home, and I would highly recommend The Beverly by Alta to anyone looking for a well-run community with an amazing staff.
