Poor

Don’t move here if you are looking for ‘ quiet enjoyment of your home’. I’m breaking my lease because of the ridiculous amount of noise from neighbors, vehicles, people being loud in the front of the building, etc. If I’m willing to pay $4K plus to move 6 months early, SPEAKS VOLUMES!!

The Boulevard at Grant Park is a great community nestled on the border of the Historic Grant Park and Chosewood Park neighborhoods directly on the Beltline. The friendly management and maintenance teams run a efficient community. The amenities make you feel like you live at a nice hotel & resort. They just added a Mellow Mushroom! We love our home here. Work, Live...Play at your leisure.
