Please take the leasing office person with you when you first go in to check the apartment after getting your keys. In my case, the toilets was not clean.Despite showing pictures to the leasing office staff, he got defensive and said " we cleaned it".

"My experience here, though I’ve only lived here for less than a year, has been mixed. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a great location. However, the ongoing issues I've faced with the A/C unit in this hot Atlanta, GA have been quite inconvenient and unacceptable."
