Worst staff ever, unclean, lights won't work, refrigerator won't work, bathroom has leaks, handles fall off, unnecessary fees, fake promotions

Things are much better than they were a year ago, when we were teetering on the brink of chaos. The new management team seems much more competent. But relics of the old administration--including my malfunctioning refrigerator--continue to be irksome.
