I've really enjoyed living here, I love the nature and the neat garden work here. The size of the apartment is phenomenal for the location. Although I might move at the end of my 11 month lease, since I want to be even closer to Midtown, I've had a great experience here.

I would love for there to be more community events like the wine event that was hosted earlier this year. The community employees have always been helpful, specially Alexis D.

As a suggestion, I would recommend looking over... some of the gym equipment that hasn't functioned since I moved here.

The apartments are large and the area is great. If the amenities were upkept they'd be great. Unfortunately the pool, community garden, car wash, and gym are poorly kept. Eviction policy is ruthless and sometimes people just need a little extra time. There are rats around the property and issues with leaks and mold. The rent fees are excessive.
