Waters Edge Apartments

Communication is poor (emails don't even have contact info), we're still waiting on some maintenance issues from May 2025, noise can be loud from noise, drug smell permanentes from neighbors, balcony needs to be power washed, lots of roaches in the summer, and we were really disappointed about the whole pool problem from last year.

It's a good location, nice people in general, most of maintenance is handled quickly. It's a comfortable place to live.

Water’s Edge is a great apartment community! The location, neighborhood and amenities are great and property staff offer great customer service. The grounds are meticulously maintained and maintenance responds to requests quickly.

I felt very welcomed here. The office is always helpful and available. This complex is beautifully designed and well kept. The amenities are wonderful.

My overall experience living in this apartment community has been very good. From the beginning, the leasing staff has been extremely pleasant, professional, and helpful whenever I have had questions or needed assistance. They are welcoming and make communication easy, which really helps create a positive living experience. The atmosphere of the community is one of my favorite things about living here. It is consistently quiet, peaceful, and well maintained, which makes it a comfortable place to... come home to after a long day.
