My move in experience was great. The staff were amazing. I see grounds keepers out in the mornings picking up trash and overall keeping the neighborhood looking nice. It's been great so far.

I’ve enjoyed living at Sutter Lake the last 2 years. My biggest issue would be the limitations placed on maintenance when it comes to the older units.

Firstly, Rochelle was such an amazing leasing consultant. Everyone in the office was very professional, great customer service, and very welcoming. The application process was smooth and easy and I was excited to have been approved. The apartments and community are very nice and peaceful. 5 stars across the board!
