Nice staff Rochelle helped me with everything I needed to get my place and maintenance did they job to it's a quiet place to stay with you and your family and I really like the floor plan that they have available to us

Sutter Lake has always been a peaceful place to live. The maintenance staff has improved tremendously. The office staff has great customer service.

Pretty quite and has great amenities with amazing lakes and staff is nice with amazing customer service (rochelle) there a lot of parking and it’s a gated community
