The team at Eleven 85 is amazing and efficient. I have only been a resident for a few weeks now, but their service has been prompt and professional, especially during my move-in. I have told other people about this property. If you’re looking for a place to call home … Eleven 85 is it!

Overall my experience has been well here for the last 2 years. Relatively quiet community, well kept and maintenance does a pretty good job handling requests in a timely manner. The units are a good size so you get a good bang for your buck. It’s in a great centralized location and you could walk to a lot of stores if you wanted which is a plus. Occasionally the gates will have some malfunction and the elevator seems to go out from time to time when the weather seems to get really bad. The... grills were not working but management has just replaced them and they are brand new. I would highly recommend this place for others to enjoy!

I’ve lived here for nearly 5 years and have had an amazing experience overall. The staff is friendly and responsive, especially maintenance, who have been extremely helpful the few times I’ve needed assistance. I haven’t had any issues with leaks or bugs, and overall the building is decently quiet. The spacious apartment layouts in particular are what drew me to this complex. I’d recommend Eleven85 to anyone looking for a quality apartment on this side of town!
