Couldn't have asked for a better place!
I'm trying to figure out where to start.. The apartments are huge for a low price. It is an amazing location! Right near Lenox Mall on Peachtree Road. Within 3 miles, there is almost everything you'd ever need when shopping. The leasing agent is warm and loving and the maintenance man lives in one of the apartments and will fix anything ASAP if needed. Within a day. Everyone I've met is friendly and it is a diverse crowd. Some families. Some independent people. Some couples. I am thankful and... couldn't ask for more.

Very nice but very old
The area is VERY convenient and the apartments are very well priced for the area. The Buildings however are very old and need a lot more tending to. It is a very small community and the property manager lives right on the grounds. If you prefer a lot privacy this place is not for you because the walls are very thin and the property manager pops by frequently.
