Old

The apartments need to be updated. The a/c unit does not cool the apartment in the summer. Was told I would have to buy a fan to circulate the air because there was nothing they could do. Had an issue with lizards, water bugs, and spiders INSIDE the apartment. The attic leaks when it rains. I can see the brown spots on the ceiling every time it rains. The stove is old. The carpet is old and they do not change it. They do a horrible job with cleaning the carpet. I do not recommend moving to Cedar... Ridge.
