I’ve had a wonderful experience so far. From apartment hunting, application process and moving in – expectations were far succeeded! Couldn’t have done it without the help of Maggie. I enjoy this community a lot and for the first time in my apartment living years, I feel at home.

overpriced, you can literally here every step your upstairs neighbor takes. Not sound proof. Unresponsive management. They let peoples dogs poop all over the establishment with no consequences.

Poor management. Takes multiple trys to receive any response from management. No compensation was given after finding mold. Management takes no responsibility for any issue like dog poop or lack of security such as cameras or a working gate after having multiple vehicle break-ins. Management gives no warning or consideration like asking tenants to move their outdoor personal belongings inside for pressure washing once 6 of 8 building were completed. Management is not responsive. Amenities are always out of order. Clubhouse closes after staff leaves. Trash service unreliable and always piled up at the compactor.
