How Is This Rating Determined?

It’s Okay

They lie to you about what is available. High Speed internet is Not included in the Rent. The windows are nailed shut in the Gym. There is no air conditioning, and no fan in the gym. The laundry room is small and the water that goes into the washer smells like swamp water.
It takes weeks to get the maintenance man to come do maintenance. Often, the office personnel will refuse your maintenance request.
There isn’t an ice maker in the fridge; that’s also a lie.
