I like the experience here, but I do have a problem with other residents parking on handicap parking spaces. I've never seen a notice on the winshield of vehicles illegally parked, and being disabled myself, it can be a hard for me walking a long distance.

The community so far is good but I have some concerns about security and the gates.
The gate by the QT has no pedestrian. Both sides are open and anyone can walk in. The pedestrian gate at the apartment gate located at the right side of the clubhouse and the one at Brookwood drive have no security lock on them. That really scares me. That's a security issue.
The gate by Brookwood drive always breaks down, very slow in opening and it takes days to fix when broken, causing lots of travel... inconveniences.
It will be great if that gate is switched to the same one at the other exits.

I struggled finding an apartment that fit all my needs while still being in a great location with lots of stuff nearby. Elan Brookwood has been the exception and I love it here so far! The leasing staff is friendly and the facilities are very well taken care of!

Most enjoyable experience. I feel so comfortable, sometimes I don't feel like going to work. I just want to stay home and relax all day. The community is so beautiful to walk around and sight seeing
