I struggled finding an apartment that fit all my needs while still being in a great location with lots of stuff nearby. Elan Brookwood has been the exception and I love it here so far! The leasing staff is friendly and the facilities are very well taken care of!

Most enjoyable experience. I feel so comfortable, sometimes I don't feel like going to work. I just want to stay home and relax all day. The community is so beautiful to walk around and sight seeing

The apartment itself is well-maintained and comfortable, with a good layout and convenient access to nearby shops and transportation. Management is generally responsive, and the common areas are kept clean. However, there are a couple of downsides to consider. Cars often speed through the surrounding streets, which can make the area feel noisy and less safe at times. Additionally, some neighbors tend to slam their doors frequently, especially late at night or early in the morning, which can be... disruptive. Overall, it’s a decent place to live, but noise may be an issue for those who prefer a quieter environment.
