For the most part, everyone is respectful in the community. I think wherever you go there are a few bad apples who may not clean up behind themselves or follow all of the rules but we haven’t had any major issues. The property is well maintained and I’m enjoying more community events.

I’ve been here since this community has opened it has its pros and cons however what place doesn’t! I think the main thing is the internet goes out way too much I think a new provider is needed! I think they could do better on the upkeep of the property chair and tables in the outdoor areas look run down and could be more maintained! Communication on gate disruption could be better! Those are things that could be better. I’ve never had an issue with management or staff everyone has been helpful... and nice. With new staff a meet and greet email to introduce new faces would be nice!
Community is great other than the little cons I mentioned!

I’ve lived at Elan Brookwood for the past few years, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience here! From day one, the entire experience has been top-notch.
Management & Staff: The leasing office team is exceptionally friendly, responsive, and attentive. They truly care about the community and go out of their way to make sure residents are well taken care of.
Maintenance: Any maintenance requests,though few and far between, have always been handled promptly, professionally, and... correctly the first time. The team keeps the entire property spotless and beautifully maintained year-round.
Living Experience: The apartments themselves are well designed with great modern finishes, and the overall vibe of the community is peaceful, clean, and welcoming.
Living here over the past few years has been an absolute breeze. If you’re looking for a hassle free, comfortable, and well managed place to live, I highly recommend Elan Brookwood!

The staff have been kind and informative. The property is clean and quiet. I was recommended this property by my friend who lives near by and I find it will be a great place to call home once my move to Atlanta is complete.
