I suffered a lot in this apartment, I managed to stay there for 2 months, but then I had to leave. Cockroach infestation, smelly apartment, cigarette smell, I contacted the office several times and they could not solve my problem. if you think about moving there, don't sign the contract without seeing the apartment.

If you want to live somewhere where you actually want some peace and quiet, AVOID this place. Seriously. We have been living here for almost 1 year on the 2nd floor. Since then, we've had two families live above us. The first one got evicted because they had so many noise complaints. We complained about them on more than one occasion because they just let their kids run back and forth, and of course we can hear everything living directly below them! THEN the newer family moved in and they were… 100x worse! The apartments do not have any quality whatsoever, there is NO sound insulation, and NO weather insulation. I get it, it's an apartment and you will have some noises but not constantly where you're unable to sleep at odd hours thru the night. You will be paying pretty hefty for the A/C and heating. Our A/C unit has broken multiple times when we don't even set it below 70 degrees. It will constantly "ice" up and won't blow out cool air. Now, let's move on to the BUGS. I have NEVER seen bugs so HUGE in my life, yet alone in a living complex! There was a huge spider on the stairs in our building for 2-3 months, it was there so long it developed baby eggs!!! They add in an extermination fee to your rent every single month, but yet the bugs sit in the same place for months, it's almost comical. For the price you pay for rent for this place, you'd think there would be a much more "luxurious" feel like they advertise all over their website. The condition of the grounds and units are nice, but I have had a nightmare situation with noisy neighbors and management that has been extremely unwilling to help. I've lived here for almost a year, and have been submitting noise complaints for 9 of those months (over 20 times). I lose sleep weekly over the noise coming from disrespectful neighbors at all hours. I've made numerous phone calls and personal visits to the office. I have been promised that management will send out letters/contact… the tenants involved, but no letters were distributed and nothing has changed. I wish every day that I lived somewhere else. Waterstone stone is a good place to live. The only problems I have with the place is that hardly no one cleanup after their dogs; that to me is just disgusting especially in the summer because the smell carries, but sometimes you can't blame the owners because maintenance hardly every puts fresh bags out. The breeze ways are also constantly dirty, and it can be months sometimes for someone to come and clean them. Maintenance is okay they clean up most of the stuff, but when you call them to fix… something in your apartment they can be kind of slow to come and fix it; most of the time you need to call twice for them to come, and to me it's not really maintenances fault because the office might not pencil it in the book. Also if you have children make sure to get an apartment in the front because the bus only picks up in the front of the neighborhood.
Overall living at Waterstone has been an ok experience they have a pool party once a year and have a Christmas contest for whoever can decorate their balcony the best, which I think is also nice. Read More
