The Atlantic Canton Ridge

I have lived here for 5 years and I absolutely love this place. There is a sense of community and the Michael the community manager is always prompt in solving any issues. I do not plan on leaving anytime soon! Best value for cost in the area hands down.

I honestly don't even want to leave 1 star. The amount of times I have had to call the police is ridiculous. Neighbors are NUTS and the front office won't do anything about it. One day I woke up at 7 am to someone outside my window yelling that they were going to beat someone else up and that they had a gun so I called the police and then I called the front office. The front office said, we can't do anything you just need to call the police. It stinks all the time, they never clean, there is... trash everywhere, they say they inspect but we all know they don't since my apartment reeks of weed from my next door neighbors, the amount of employee turnover is insane I feel like I never see the same person twice. Applied and was accepted, they seemed desperate and ready to get us moved in. The staff was friendly. We had to reach out to them multiple times, which is never the case when it comes to leasing agents. I left multiple voicemails BECAUSE NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME. Had to physically go to the apartment complex just to see what other information was needed and the estimated time wasn’t accurate. When specking with one of the leading agent said that we were and I quote “ some stalkers “ because of the... amount of calls due to lack of response on their part. Very unprofessional, spoke as a friend would not as someone who was doing business. Ended up going somewhere else got approved the same day and will be moving in within 3 days. They took around 2 weeks to get no where. If there were issues or anything it should’ve been discussed or brought to my attention. Was a waste of time and unprofessional experience. Wouldlove to leave 0 stars but they did work with us the time they did speak to make our situation work but unfortunately did not follow up with the same attention a care. Also I left a total of 6 messages over 2 weeks. Out of the 12 calls I made 6 I left messages , 2 I received answers and 4 just hung up and called back after a few hours. Canterbury Ridge Apartments has far surpassed my expectations when it comes to space, cleanliness and comfort. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom that is roughly 1200sf. if I ever have repairs that need to be cared for or basic maintenance it is usually completed the same day. I also enjoy the fact my washer and dryer are included with my rental. If I could say anything about the location I would have to say the garbage compactor is a bit full during the beginning of the month but I can only... assume its a schedule foul up and people are moving in and out during those periods. The apartments at Canterbury Ridge are very nice and comfortable. Very clean and up to date. Nice gated community with pool and very attractive entrance way to the complex. The staff at the front office are very courteous and professional and are always there to help when a need may arise. My family and I have been there going on 3 years and have not had one complaint about the complex or the staff. The rent is very affordable for the type of living they provide.
