Management is Horrible!!
Completely unacceptable experience. Residents are charged for valet trash services even when the vendor routinely fails—missing scheduled pickups, leaving no notice, and showing a clear disregard for service standards. Management refuses to properly investigate complaints and instead chooses to assess arbitrary fees without proof or accountability.
On top of that, tenants pay to live in a "secured community", yet the security gate is broken more often than it functions — with no courtesy... credits or adjustments ever offered. It's clear that residents are expected to pay for services that are either unreliable or completely unavailable. This is not just unprofessional, it's dishonest and reflects serious mismanagement.
The priority here is clearly profit over tenant satisfaction or basic fairness. I strongly advise anyone considering living here to think twice.
