The move in process was extremely easy. I loved our leasing agent & our property manager! They were extremely helpful in answering any and all questions we had.

A little difficult with communication in the beginning but later found out it was do to a change in management and staffing but once I got moved in the service the provided was very nice.

I am a 10 year resident.. I have enjoyed living here. Quite, peaceful Community. Close to great places to eat and shop.. Would recommend living here.. Mangement and staff are friendly and helpful.. The business office gym and pool are great!!!!

Still the only apartment community in Columbus that checks all of my boxes-location, safety, amenities. A couple of “blips” here and there, but I’m still happy

Love the location here! But I will say it’s hard to get in touch with the manger, she never available, also the parking for phase 3 is not great since nobody wants to park in the back even tho their apartment is facing the back, but you have to be okay with it since it’s not gonna change
