The office team does everything possible to assist the tenants and will answer any questions or concerns. Jonathan, who is the maintenance manager, is simply the best. He is very knowledgeable and experienced which makes a huge difference for the tenants. He takes care of every maintenance request (big or small)... in a swift manner. I’ve been living at Greystone at Maple Ridge for almost four years, and my experience has been mostly positive. The maintenance team is reliable and efficient whenever I’ve submitted a request, they’ve responded promptly and handled issues professionally.

The leasing office staff is friendly, helpful, and communicative. They keep residents informed about updates and policies, and anytime I’ve had questions or concerns, they’ve been responsive and... professional.

When it comes to safety, I feel comfortable in the community. The property is well-lit at night, and I appreciate the security measures in place that help create a sense of safety.

As for cleanliness, the complex is well-maintained. The landscaping is always in great shape, and common areas are kept tidy. Management does a great job keeping the property clean and inviting.
