I really enjoy living here at Sugar Mill. It’s a very quiet community and the property is very well-maintained. The maintenance staff is very knowledgeable and the office staff is polite and responsive.

It could be better. Some areas are better than others.
My area it looks real poor looking. The steps looks like they had never been cleaned but they have. The people who did the power wash did an excellent job in 2023 but the people who did it in 2024 did a horrible job. It looked like it never had been done from the day they did it at all. It looked wet but not power washed. And the office never inspected the quality of what they did. Even though I mentioned what a terrible job that they had... done.
