Sugar Mill Apartments is a wonderful community to live in. The grounds are always well maintained and make coming home a pleasant experience. The amenities are well kept. The office staff is quick to respond when needed. The maintenance requests are always done with efficiency and professionalism.

Sugar Mill is the nicest place I've ever had to live as a renter. Everything they offer here is exceptional. The management always helps ne feel like my concerns are are important and do whatever they can to help solve my concerns. The maintainance guys are efficient, problems always solved beyond my satisfaction and very pleasant.

Love this Place!

Living at Sugar Mill has truly been a blessing. The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors are friendly and welcoming. I have never experienced any problems while living here. The community feels luxurious and well maintained. The pool is amazing, and the playground is a great addition for families. I especially enjoy walking by the lake in the afternoons—it provides a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Another major advantage is the convenient location. Being on this side of town makes it… easy to access stores, restaurants, and other everyday necessities. I work at Fort Benning, and my commute is less than 20 minutes, which is a huge benefit. Overall, Sugar Mill is a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and convenient community.

Great Location

Lovely apartments! The location is close to everything and the schools nearby are amazing. The amenities are always clean and friendly, the neighborhood is quiet and the kid friendly. Would highly recommend this complex to anyone who is looking and wants to be near everything.

Its one of the nicest places ive ever lived.
Maintenance, the front office, security, and ground upkeep are wonderful. Everyone is nice and take any problem seriously and efficiently.The only concern is have is that there aren't enough employees in the front office to handle each resident the way they want to. The office ends up needing to be closed at times they promise to be open.
