Love

I first want to say Shani is the best! From the moment my husband and I walked we knew that this was the place we wanted to be . And that was hugely because of how welcoming Shani was. She was gracious, kind and knowledgeable. She was with us every step of the way with us.

Now for the community. We have lived here for one month it’s quiet, clean and we love it.

I love that they have fenced in backyards. And a sense of of community.

Exceptional First Impression

The property managers at Centennial Crossing conducted top tier customer service from start to finish. Shani and Sierra provided such an impressionable welcome as I finalized my move to Centennial Crossing. Thank you, ladies! New to the neighborhood

Im a new resident to centennial ridge and I love my new community! Shani in the leasing office is the best! She was very informative, friendly, and responsive to all my inquiries making sure my application process was a breeze after having a bad experience with a nearby community. Shani has truly made me a believer that customer service is not dead after all and that 5 star customer service still exists! From what i can tell maintenence is excellent also because they maintenence supervisor Jon... knocked out my walk thru request within the same day! The neighborhood seems peaceful and the actual townhomes are beautiful. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

Amazing Place to Live

I love everything about Centennial Ridge the homes are spacious and very well designed I never hear my neighbors most new town homes and apartments the walls are extremely thin but everything about these units are quality! I toured every townhome community in Conyers and none compared to these from the extra loft space and sitting area in the master to my own private fenced backyard not to mention the community events! And the staff is amazing and friendly any issues are fixed same day or within... 24hrs with a smile! I have had some horrible experiences with rentals but I truly have found my home! I pray that this staff and management company never changes!
