I’ve been living at the foundry for about 5 months and so far I absolutely love it. It’s very peaceful and I like how it’s by everything at the same not in a crazy busy area.

I enjoy living here. The location is very close to a lot of things. The neighborhood is nice and the maintenance staff usually comes and fixes things the same day

What I appreciated most about Property Manager Adriana and her team are their hard and dedicated work, helpful attitude and always extra effort.
Making my move-in as painless as possible.
It's clear that Adriana, leasing consultants and everybody on the team care about work and take the time to do it correctly.
With Adriana and her team on-site, I feel my day-to-day living here is always in good hands.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Great amenities - love the salt water pool. Gym is decent but not great. Location is amazing - close to shopping, restaurants and 400.
