I have now been staying at the Foundary at Mashburn since 2 months and I am very happy to have moved here. The entire experience of visiting the apartment community, getting all my questions answered, signing the lease, moving, staying at my new place, maintenance, and amenities have been nothing but a pleasant experience. I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for their new rental home.

Maintenance should leave notes when seeing an apartment and No one is home so we know they have came and did what is needed. Other than that this is a great place would recommend!

The management is really good and easy to work with. Move in went pretty seamless. My building and amenities look to kept up well. There was a small issue with my unit at move in, and maintenace was able to come and fix is very promptly.
