Property is not being maintained and staff does not fix and problems. Lack in communication with residents. When there are events they are very poor planed and just not good.

It's great! Love the amenities! The place is clean and the maintenance people are on top of every issue. We chose a great spot to stay. The staff is very friendly and willing to help.

I’ve had a generally positive experience at The Foundry at Mashburn Village. The living environment has been comfortable, and the community overall is great. Move-in could have been smoother, some minor maintenance issues were missed during the pre-inspection, and using the front door for moving furniture in was more difficult than expected. I’d also appreciate clearer guidelines on quiet hours for things like vacuuming. That said, everything was manageable. The leasing staff have been great,... responsive, professional, and quick to help resolve any issues that came up.
