Ms. Pat was so helpful during my move in process! I love my apartment! It’s spacious especially for a studio. So far neighbors have been very friendly and helpful. I’m looking forward to getting to know the property!

We have enjoyed living here so far. The staff is helpful, amenities are good.
We love how close we are to everything. Getting to restaurants, shopping, and GA 400 is literally minutes from the apartments.
We haven’t lived in apartments for years but we’re really enjoying it here. No yard to upkeep, trash valet (amazing)!!!
We had some issues before moving in, but the team made it right.

Love living at The Foundry! The office staff and maintenance team are amazing! The property is very clean and neighbors are friendly! Would recommend to anyone looking in the area!

We love living at the Foundry!! From the office staff to maintenance everyone is so friendly and helpful! We are the first people to live in our unit so that’s a big plus!!
